Tested before it leaves the workshop

Every rewind is wound with dual-coated super-enamelled copper wire, fibreglass sleeves, F-class insulating material and varnish, then put through the tests the machine needs:

  • AC/DC Hi-Pot test
  • Surge comparison test
  • Tan Delta test
  • PI (polarisation index) test

How a rewinding job usually goes

  1. Send the details

    Call or email with the nameplate details (HP or kW, voltage, RPM, make) and what went wrong. A photo of the nameplate helps.

  2. Written quote

    We confirm whether we can take the job and send a written quote. Prices aren't published because copper and material costs change.

  3. Rewound at our workshop

    Rewinding is quoted at our Loni Kh. workshop. Talk to us about getting the motor here.

  4. Tested before it leaves

    Hi-Pot, surge comparison, Tan Delta and PI tests, plus routine checks, as the machine needs.

  5. Back in service

    Rewinding work carries a 1-year warranty. Typical turnaround is within 7 days.

Do you give a warranty?

Yes. Rewinding work carries a 1-year warranty. Ask for the warranty terms with your quote.
